Shakshuka

Ingredients
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Diced Tomatoes 2 cups
Tomato Sauce 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a deep skillet. Sauté diced onion and bell pepper until soft, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic, cumin, paprika, and chili flakes. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, and salt. Simmer 10 minutes until thickened.

Make wells in the sauce and crack eggs into them. Cover and cook 5-8 minutes until whites are set.

Top with crumbled feta and fresh herbs. Serve with crusty bread.
